Richard is a creative and highly effective professional with 20 years experience of working for voluntary, public and private sector organisations within criminal justice.

Richard is committed to developing solutions to make a difference and fundamentally change people's lives. His passion stems from working in prisons and in some of the most deprived communities with those affected by crime and poverty.

A defining quality is Richard's ability to communicate and network at any level. He has the propensity to pinpoint the very best organisations and to build and sustain those relationships for contract opportunities.

Richard's experience of working across all sectors gives him a unique perspective of justice with the capability to understand and appreciate contrasting agendas. He is at Trustee at POPS (Partners of Prisoners)
