Alan Richards

Born in Manchester in 1951. A great year to be born. As the sixties exploded I finished a half decent education - at least so I thought. I fell into a series of different jobs. Married young. Two children who of course, are now approaching middle age theselves. I've had all kinds of work, but truck driving held a certain appeal. Manchester City supporter, film buff & music lover. Political animal. A Grandad..hard to believe, I know. Hat lover. Road dog. I seldom suffer fools for long. You're no fool or you wouldn't be here. I'm genuine, honest, forthright and sometimes a bit thick. Aren't we all ? Regrets? I've had a few, but then again too few to dredge up 'ere. Glass half full or half empty?...I'll probably spill it !
