Sonya Richardson

Being a Community Justice Worker, I've worked with youth and adults in and out of the criminal justice system. I've counselled people with substance issues, mental health issues, anger management issues, as well as people facing homelessness and in need of pro social counselling. I'm currently finding myself unemployed for the first time in a long time.

The most satisfying part of my career has been watching people I've journeyed with become contributing members of society and living productive lives. Knowing I have been instrumental in their being able to move forward has been rewarding.
