I am passionate about enabling people to become their best personal and professional self. I achieve this by ensuring people have unconditional access to educational, knowledge building, skill development and training opportunities regardless of their barriers such as geographic isolation, disability and illness, technical limitations, personal and financial circumstances and their previous engagements.

Though my current role as a Learning Technology Officer at the SA Open Access College, I’m privileged to have the opportunity to work closely with teaching staff to enable students to effectively access and complete their education towards the SACE or a TAFE/VET qualification who are unable to complete their schooling due to the barriers associated with any of adult re-entry for SACE, distance from face-to-face education, elite sports, family commitments (e.g. parenting, caring) homeschooling, medical or psychological conditions which prevent face-to-face education attendance, professional commitments (e.g. full-time employment) and unavailability of desired modules and units of study.

I use my extensive experience in various academic podiums and widespread knowledge and skills in a range of disciplines including academic tuition, client support, cloud systems, cybersecurity, digital communications, dramatic cabaret, educational technology, entrepreneurship, game design, hospitality, literature and student recruitment to find creative, innovative, practical and inclusive solutions to improve educational outcomes for learners and increase educational opportunities for educators.

I challenge the status quo, the unknown and what’s possible. I will never stop learning. I will not be a yes man and will not sugar coat strategies destined for dismal, epic and catastrophic failure.
