I'm an author, writer and podcaster who has spent most of my working life in the technology space.

I started my own UK-based IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) company in 2003, and sold that business in 2010.

I am the founder of the media company and web-site Tubblog - The Hub for MSPs, host of TubbTalk - The Podcast for MSPs, and author of books including The IT Business Owner's Survival Guide and Business Networking for Geeks.

In September 2025, I stepped away from business to enjoy exploring my own curiosity, although I still do some advisory work and Non-Executive Director roles with exciting businesses who are disrupting the status quo.
