I’m Richard Vader, a digital marketing consultant with web technology skills and tech-certified Divemaster. I like to explore life, the underwater world, success teams and entrepreneurship.

I’m fascinated by the art of living a charged life in a chaotic world. At Radical Jump I’m researching how to perform at higher levels of joy, engagement, and productivity.

An adventurous nomadic life of business and pleasure took me to 24 countries. I love working in exotic places and meeting amazing people you’ll never find in an office cubicle.

Over the years I've accumulated 4000+ dives. While doing all sorts of dives - from recreational to technical - I discovered that diving with a diver propulsion vehicle is the most fun. Try it if you have a chance!

When living in the Caribbean I was a team member of the first mixed-gas dive expedition to the Bonaire historical shipwreck the Mari Bahn. Wow! This dive was epic. Good memories last forever. This is one of many.

Sailed 5000+ nautical miles at sea in territorial waters of Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The winds brought me to Asia and continued my life in this part of the world.
