I have trekked to the North Pole more often than anyone in history, including an historic trek to the North Pole and back with no outside assistance. Together with my wife Josee Auclair we operate Arctic Watch Lodge, the best place in the world to see beluga whales. I invent and design polar equipment. I am a public speaker, have authored two books, and have been decorated by Canadian, Russian and Soviet governments.
