I am the founder and managing partner of EquaLex, LLC. EquaLex is a consultancy firm and agency that helps businesses to achieve a closer connection to customers and workers with disabilities and, consequently, their friends and family. Prior to establishing EquaLex, I was a legal academic in the UK specialising in disability equality law and policy. I now live in Zurich, Switzerland where I am trying (with limited success) to ski, speak German and keep up with my 5 year old daughter.
