Richard Wilson
I'm passionate about participation and empowerment. I set up the Involve Foundation in 2004 when I was 27. These days I'm a director of izwe.com and work independently with government & business across the world.
Until 2008 I was deputy chair of the UK Government science engagement programme, ScienceWise. More recently I moderated the largest conferences of the French and Swedish Presidencies of the EU.
I'm also a keen writer (& blogger) producing many publications over the years; I also write for The Guardian. My latest publication 'Civic Limits: How Much More Involved Can People Get?' will be published by NESTA & ResPublica in May 2011.
