Richard Wolper

Richard Wolper is a passionate and successful entrepreneur who has dedicated several decades to his work. He has achieved great success in his career and is known for his ability to pick suitable projects that have propelled him to the top of his field. Richard is particularly proud of his contributions to Park City's housing market, where he has provided residents and visitors with unmatched housing opportunities. In 2016, Richard partnered with Paul Taylor, a renowned hockey coach with over 30 years of experience, to found the Utah Outliers. This elite Tier II junior hockey club successfully recruits talented hockey players from all over the world. The team gives these players a chance to play and helps them use their skills to get into good colleges and universities and pursue pro hockey careers. Richard is proud to sponsor and manage the team and derives great satisfaction from helping people and giving back to the community.

Aside from his work and philanthropy, Richard enjoys playing golf whenever time permits. He is also known for his modesty and generosity, regularly donating to various charities, including the local Jewish Chabad and the Park City Disability Center. Although Richard was born in the "Ocean State" of Rhode Island, he has made Utah his home and is very much at home in the mountains. His legacy will surely improve the lives of all those he works with, be they junior hockey players, employees, contractors, business partners, or those who purchase the homes and condos he has invested in planning and building. Richard is truly passionate about his work and considers it one of his hobbies, and his commitment and dedication to his craft have made him a respected and successful entrepreneur.
