Rich Barker

Rich is a solo singer/songwriter twisting his emotional stories and experiences in music that audiences can relate and feel connected to, building a relationship with the audience making them feel valued to create a gig experience.

At Sixteen Rich enrolled in music technology and performing courses and became drummer in a local band, the highlight of their success being performances at the “Hole in the Wall” and “Rock the Forest” festivals.

After enrolling on a foundation degree course he developed his career as a singer/songwriter. During the last two years he has written and recorded a number of demo tracks and gained gigging experience at venues in the Worcestershire area, the highlight of these was performing at the Worcester Music Festival.

Rich is now studying an Honours Degree in Music production at Southampton Solent where he is recording an E.P while developing a fan base in the Hampshire area.
