I live in Metro, Boston with my wife, 2 children and Lab. I have a passion for all things family, friends, experience design, digital commerce, marketing, analytics, social media, sales enablement, sports, music, science, Peloton, skiing and being eco-friendly.
Professionally: I am the Global Leader for IBM iX's SAP CX, Digital Commerce & Enterprise Design Thinking practice where I am responsible for growing our digital commerce services business. I aim to help clients solve some of their most complex challenges in delivering exemplary customer experiences and engagement across channels. I have deep enterprise software and professional services, sales, strategic consulting, channel partner development, traditional and digital marketing, digital commerce, experience design and development and data, AI, and analytics experience.
