It was the summer of 1979, that I made my first wedding cake, but I had been baking years before that. I attended Upper Bucks Vo-Tech School for baking for two years. I had a passion for baking and you can say that I had an addiction for sweets.
I am the happiest when I’m in the kitchen baking a cake or pie, but most of all when someone calls or when they see me and say how much they enjoy the baked good. I attribute my love of baking to my grandmother, who could and would make anything — and she didn’t use a recipe. You could smell the aroma coming from the kitchen window.
Becoming a diabetic has changed what I eat, so I have been making baked goods for diabetics and some gluten free products also.
I will be happy to work with you to accommodate your baking wishes and your dietary needs. If you don’t see something you want on our regular menu, please ask me. I love to bake and will be happy to help you get what you are looking for.
