Richesh is a seasoned technology leader, with 23 years of diverse experience across multiple organizations, bringing a strong blend of strategic, operational, and technical acumen. Richesh has held pivotal roles as Chief Technology Officer, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive digital transformation, manage large-scale projects, and lead high-performing teams. He has worked for various education industry leaders including Weld North (Imagine Learning), Kaplan, and Blackboard.

Most recently, Richesh served as the CTO of Great Minds, where he was instrumental in reshaping the company's digital strategy. He was the driving force behind the development and deployment of a cloud-native digital platform serving millions of users. This platform, designed with minimal tech debt, offers advanced features such as near real-time data insights, a digital interactive content management system, adaptive assessments, and an engaging student experience. Richesh also spearheaded the development of an innovative gaming platform that used the Unity engine, enhancing math fluency for students.

Richesh's leadership capabilities have been evident in his capacity to scale a technology team from just one to about 425 individuals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. He was also pivotal in the introduction of Eureka Math², a state-of-the-art digital math curriculum with unique features that brought learning to life for millions of students.

Prior to joining Great Minds, Richesh led Strategic Technology Initiatives at Weld North. He has held technology leadership roles at Blackboard, Kaplan, and Ruckus Learning. Richesh started his career as a Software Engineer at AT&T. Later he transitioned to the world of management consulting working for Accenture. Richesh graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park.
