Gary Richetelli

In addition to being one of the most experienced members of the Connecticut Real Estate Development industry, Gary Richetelli is also heavily involved in organizations related to real estate and other community causes.
He has been a part of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Homebuilders, and several other local and national real estate associations.
Outside of Real Estate, he is also heavily involved with the New Haven organizations, the Walter Camp Football Foundations and the Amity Club. The Camp Foundation is dedicated to preserving the spirit of the game by naming an annual all-American team. The Amity Club promotes entrepreneurship combined with the promotion of social good in and around New Haven, Connecticut.
Gary currently holds the position of President for two different companies. The first is Commercial Development Company, a full-service Connecticut real estate development, financing, and strategy company with over fifty properties located in New Haven County and the greater Connecticut area.
Gary attended University of Bridgeport in Connecticut where he earned his degree is Business Admin. After getting a basic education in business, Gary Richetelli decided to pursue finance at a more advanced level. It was at that point that he was accepted to The University of New Haven's Master's program. He earned his Master's of Business Administration and concentrated in Finance.
After his education, Gary led several real estate companies before becoming president of Commercial Development Company and Chase American Mortgage Company. First, he served as the President of Colonial Properties, a company he developed as a leader in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, which is now ran by his son, Michael Richetelli. Gary then worked as the Principal for Guardian Management Company for ten years in Orange, Connecticut, followed by his position as the President of Oceanside Development Associates.
Throughout the years, Gary has learned to spot great investment opportunities and is also versed in zoning procedures along with the many other aspects of real estate development. He has gained a vast amount of skills in real estate, finance, and management, which include:
