I’m an entrepreneur who enjoys working with people and organizations that have a sincere mission to help others.

Currently, I'm co-founder and CEO of Biobuddy, an innovative digital health company passionate about fitness, longevity, and technology. Our mission is to inspire individuals to maximize their human potential by leveraging the best practices in machine learning, artificial intelligence, gamification and human engagement.

Previously, I was VP of Digital Health at a Silicon Valley based software development company. Before that, I led a wellness services startup and helped grow a small health management company to become the nation’s leading provider of wellness solutions, later acquired by a national health services firm.

I was born in Spain and moved to the US at a young age. I mostly grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and traveled back to Spain for the summers. I've been fortunate to have lived in a variety of places, such as Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, Seoul, Isfahan, Eugene, New York, Lake Tahoe and Los Angeles. I enjoy family time, traveling, entrepreneurship, inspiring others and coaching kids, as well as fútbol, tennis, golf, cycling, skiing, running, writing, and learning to play the guitar. I try my best to live by the mantra, "One life. Live it." and believe you can truly do anything you set your mind to.
