I specialize in technical staffing through Aerotek Contract Engineering, a division of Aerotek. I recruit engineering professionals for placement in both contract and permanent employment in a variety of industries including Aerospace, Medical Device, and Consumer Electronics with a focus on:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Process, Program and Project Management, and Quality Engineering skill sets for local Manufacturing and R&D companies

• Additonally I recruited for a variety of other industries including Civil and Energy and Environmental engineering

• I sourced top talent using resources including advanced boolean search strings, referrals, networking contacts, career fairs, universities, industry specific associations and internal databases.
• Interviewed, tested, and checked references of candidates to determine the best fit possible based on client needs.
• Oversaw completion of necessary pre-employment processes including background checks and drug tests.
• Negotiated salaries and benefits for contractors depending upon the duration of the assignment, scope of work, skills/education required and location.
• Assessed and investigated contractor related problems, administered performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
