Colorado, Jamaica, Germany, Maryland, and Georgia, at one point in my life I called each my home. Yet, only one place I can actually remember living. Can I honestly say I am a military brat? With my credentials one would assume so, moving from state to sate and country to country. But how can I possible relate to the children of military families that had to abandon friends and loved ones to start again in a new city when I have no recollection of any relocations. As far back as I can remember I have lived in Douglasville Georgia. When I was ten years old, I was offered a chance to be a student ambassador I didn't hesitate to join. That summer I travel to Italy, Greece, Crete, and Sicily. At first I just wanted to eat authentic pasta and see the origin place of my favorite Greek mythology, but when I witnessed the culture and interacted with the people I fell in love with the experience of traveling. That next summer, I traveled to the British Isles, France, Belgium, and Austria. I tried to experience everything I could with all whom were there. I tended to volunteer for more excursions then most of the other kids. While they were scared of new and different experiences, I was excited to immerse myself in different cultures. While I am undecided about my major I do know that my career will have me interacting with many different people from many different cultures.
