Richie is an author, communicator and pioneer. He has years of experience in mentoring and training leaders. Through his leadership he has pioneered various organisations and planted several churches.

His heart is for leaders to be better equipped. As a consultant to churches and pastors his passion is to see them and their churches grow and develop to reach their community with greater influence.

Richard is married to Jill and they have 4 sons and 1 daughter.
