Donations on clients’ behalf are expeditiously remanded to charities of their personal preference. From 2009 to 2016, Mr. Kruithoff guided Training By Design in Michigan and developed a host of training programs that fulfilled the needs of businesses of various sizes. Taking a tailored approach, he evaluated individual corporate training needs and requirements, and worked to implement solutions across a broad spectrum of industries. Among the firm’s noteworthy clients were Michigan State University, Novartis, and Gerber Baby Foods.
Through his current business, Mr. Kruithoff has benefited more than 100 organizations in a win-win scenario for clients and charities alike. Away from work, Rich Kruithoff has a passion for fishing. He has an extensive knowledge of angling for bass in Lake Mead, and also enjoys boating on Lake Powell.
