I love working in the healthcare industry with over 25 years of experience and I have a passion for customer and technical service.

My career has been developed by holding senior leadership roles in healthcare IT companies in professional services, technical support, product commercialization and service operations and a Big 5 firm in management consulting in the healthcare industry with mergers, acquisitions, revenue cycle and compliance audits, business process re-engineering and change management.

After spending my entire career in healthcare I can truly say I enjoy all the new technologies that come out to save lives, reduce cost of delivery and improve the quality of care. I'm glad to see this industry move toward an outcomes based model that is shifting from "volume to value" and improving the way healthcare is delivered that benefits everyone in the healthcare ecosphere.
