Hello, I am Rich Penner. I have been with Trane for 33 years since I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Having held several roles with Trane in New Systems Commercial Equipment Sales, Turkey Services, National Accounts, and vertical market focus expertise in Healthcare, Industrial, and K-12 and Higher Education, I currently help our clients with our Comprehensive Solutions and Energy Services offerings serving both North and South Carolina. I live in South Charlotte, NC and am married to Windi Brady. We are empty nesters but still enjoy time with our children and grandkids!
