Rich Roney is a lending consultant specializing in new construction, fix and flip rental, and commercial financing. Rich is also a national sales director for a large mortgage company responsible for hiring and educating loan officers. Rich stays very active in real estate and has bought and sold over 100 properties in the last 15 years along with accumulating a sizable rental portfolio.

His 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate world offers borrowers solutions to any need or problem. Rich Roney enjoys mentoring new investors and first time home buyers while he works very well with the most seasoned clientele as well.
