Hey there! I don't have a college degree. I've never gone to college. As a matter of fact, the only higher education degree I have is just a real estate broker license.

I'll make this short, since you don't have much time. I started performing magic for events and parties when I was just 10 years old. I'm still performing for events today! It's just so much for to me. I graduated high school and moved to Los Angeles. When I was there, I grew my network in the film, modeling and music industry. Many of my friends are the faces you see today on Disney and Nickelodeon.

I went the music route, recorded a few singles, and those got on iTunes and Spotify. My music was featured and played on Kube93 in Seattle, KissFM and B96 in Chicago, as well as a few other smaller stations.

That got me the opportunity to open for Bruno Mars in 2010. After my performance, Bruno complimented my song writing ability and my vocals. What a great experience that night.

Things changed, as life always does, and I started a concert production company after raising seed capital. That had its run, but it was time to change course again. The music industry was fun, but it was crazy.

I got my broker license, and started off selling foreclosures in and around Chicago. Then I moved into selling regular homes, and eventually luxury homes! I've sold over 1,000 homes with my team at my former brokerage Riklin Realty.

I guess you could say I have a pretty full plate. But hey, this is what happens when you have all the drive in the world...with no college degree. The world is what you make of it! You can do absolutely anything you put your mindset and your energy into.

If you're reading this, and maybe you didn't go to college or you're not graduated from high school yet, my message to you is this; everybody goes through life at their own pace. You shouldn't compare where you are in your life to the people around you. Everything falls into place at the right time, with hard work, dedication, and the belief that you will and can succeed.
