Hello! My name is Rick Holland and I am from Hinckley, Ohio, USA. I am born and raised in Buzzard Country where I graduated from Highland High School in Granger Township, Medina County. For the Hornets, I played 4 years of varsity football, starting 30 consecutive games at Offensive Tackle earning All-Medina County and All-Suburban Leauge three consecutive years. Tom Lombardo was my Head Coach for my Senior year and I coached under him for 2 years after I graduated.
I am a May 2014 graudate of Kent State University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and Sports Administration with a minor in Business Administration. I currently work as a Facility Operator for an athletic complex and sports management company called Force Sports located in Fairlawn, Ohio.
I previously worked for Kent State University Golden Flashes Football team as a Recruiting and Operations Assistant from March 2014 and concluding in October 2014. I have previous experience during my undergraduate degree as an Account Executive Intern at IMG College and a Student Assistant Manager for Golden Flashes Football team. These have al been unbelieveable opportunitites and experiences in my life and have grown professionally and personally through them. Sports have been my passion my entire life and I knew when I was a kid I wanted to be involved in this industry.
