Rick Miller

I am corporate and commercial real estate veteran in South Florida since 1987. Early in my career, I had stints with Glendale Federal Bank, California Federal Bank and BellSouth Corporation. Currently I am one half of Harrison | Miller CRE Team at CBRE. We work as advocates and advisors to align their client’s business strategies with customized real estate solutions. Our Team utilizes a consultative approach throughout South Florida by utilizing our best in class resources of production, marketing and research staff to provide our clients with a wide range of services. With over 35 years of combined experience in the South Florida real estate market, Tyler and Rick have represented a wide variety of clients across all industry sectors to achieve superior results and customer satisfaction.

Prior to returning to my client facing role, I served as the Co-Managing Director for CBRE's South Florida Region. I was responsible for the overall operations of the Boca Raton, North Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami-Dade offices focusing on profit and loss, corporate leadership, customer satisfaction and strategic planning. The position had oversight of over 400 commercial real estate professionals specializing in all areas of the industry and he also provided executive oversight to CBRE Florida’s Corporate Services account practice. One of my proudest achievements was producing 154% of the 2010 EBITDA budget while leading a region with revenue in excess of $54,000,000.00. I was also named as a “Power Leader” by the South Florida Business Journal for Commercial Real Estate Leaders in 2010 and for All Business Industry Leaders for 2011.

I reside in Boca Raton, Florida with my wife Elizabeth and our children Charlie and Paige (and our dog Swaid). I have a passion for acoustic guitar, singing, song writing, freshwater fishing both conventional & fly and a round of golf every now and then.
