Rick Villafane

HI! My name is Ricky Martin Villafañe. I was born on October 17, 1985 in the Quezon province, Lopez. Lopez is a very rural area which will take you 8 hrs to reach from manila. Our province is surrounded by trees and body of water.

I have a solid and wonderful family. My fathers name is Glenn Villafañe and the name of my mother is Sampaguita Villafañe. I only have 1 sibling, her name is Maria Gilenn Villafañe. My father is a graduate of Electrical engineer while my mother is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Currently my sister is working in a hospital as a nurse. In addition, there is an additional member in our family which is a very cute toy dog, shih tzu, Chibi is her name.

I have various passion and one of them is dancing, that is what I’m good at. When I was in elementary, Most Holy Rosary Parochial School is where I was trained to dance and also my foundation for almost everything. Lopez National Comprehensive High School is my secondary school. This is where I was able to explore myself and the people around me. I was thought to do hard things in a hard way. I can say that there are advantages and disadvantages in studying in a public school but it was worth it.

Right now I’m studying in AMA Computer College but before AMA I used to work in a BPO industry where I was mold to be more discipline and how to follow rules. I spent 8 years working and within that I was able to travel to different places within the Philippines which made me realized that I Love to travel. Going back to reality, I’m currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology which I really love. I hope and pray that I will be able to finish my studies on time and with flying colors.
