Since 1981 I have been a consultant in the Information Technology industry. As Mom & Dad would say, I'm in "Computers". Since 1994 I have been either lucky or, good enough at what I do to have Dollar General, Tractor Supply, Cracker Barrel and Brach's Confections as clients. As the businesses grew, the requirements became more complex. In 2004 I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It never slowed me down. After a big surgery and a brief rest I was back out with all of my clients, representing over 30 manufacturers. I love what I do and my clients trust me to make the correct recommendations as to what they need to address a business requirement. I have learned to listen closely.
