Previously, served with Sony for many years, most recently as SVP of corporate communications for the U.S. electronics business. A social media pioneer whose name is literally the first word in "Groundswell," the groundbreaking book on social media's impact on the enterprise by two leading Forrester Research analysts. Past public relations and communications positions were with leading New York-based ad/PR agencies (JWT and Creamer Dickson Basford) and with top Wall Street investment firms (Drexel Burnham Lambert and E.F. Hutton). Accredited in public relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America. Past chairman of the Consumer Electronics Association's communications committee. Presently serve as a trustee on the board of alma mater Bethany College in Bethany, W. Va.
