Professionally since 1999, I have been starting, operating and exiting companies, primarily applying technology to industrial companies. I am passionate about bringing the voice of the customer to all corners of my businesses. I focus on coaching our teams up to deliver their true potential. I am committed to recruiting well, reinforcing behavior by creating great culture, and getting the best people in the rights seats in the organization.

Personally, I feel most relaxed sharing time with wildlife in the mountains of the western US or on my snowboard in the solitude of powder along side of my wife.
