Rick Hutchison

Attorney Rick Hutchison is an executive partner in the West Palm Beach, Florida, location of Holland & Knight LLP, where he also serves on the Director’s Committee. A commercial litigator for more than 25 years, Rick Hutchison has significant jury trial experience under his belt. Much of the attorney’s work deals in contract law and business tort litigation, as well as cases in fiduciary litigation.

Mr. Hutchison has been included in the Best Lawyers in America guide each year since 2006, cementing his place as one of the nation’s most successful commercial litigators. He often uses his skill to educate less experienced lawyers and has regularly served as a visiting instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy for nearly 20 years.

In addition to his membership in local, regional, and national bar associations, Mr. Hutchison is active with the Defense Research Institute and its Commercial Litigation Class Action SLG Committee.
