Rick Lipman

Nonprofit Fundraiser, Development Communications, and Organizational Management in Virginia

Rick is a twenty-something writer, non-profit fundraiser, and outreach specialist who currently oversees database management for a bipartisan civil rights organization on Capitol Hill, and has previously led a multi-million dollar Development department, overseeing corporate and foundation fundraising as well as a large and profitable direct marketing program.

Rick has designed and implemented donor stewardship programs with the goal of creating new and lasting relationships through cultivation, grant writing, and outreach. He also focuses on strengthening non-profit relations with the business and philanthropic communities.

He is currently pursuing a Master's in International Security at George Mason University in Virginia, and in his spare time enjoys reading, travel, and learning languages. He drinks an inordinate amount of coffee.
