Rick Maack

Consultant in camp hill PA

I've spent 15+ years implementing enterprise ERP systems — more than 50 NetSuite implementations across manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, and retail — and the pattern I keep seeing is that these projects rarely fail for technical reasons.

They fail because the people who understand the business process weren't in the room during design, or because nobody on the engagement was senior enough to tell an executive something uncomfortable.

That's why I founded Sequente Cloud, and why I lead every engagement personally. No junior handoffs, no bait-and-switch staffing. The person you scope the project with is the person who delivers it.

What I do

• NetSuite ERP implementations, consolidations, and multi-entity/OneWorld rollouts

• NetSuite EPM — Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Account Reconciliation

• Integration architecture — Celigo iPaaS, EDI (SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce), Salesforce, Shopify, 3PL and WMS connectivity

• AI enablement grounded in clean data: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection

• Data migration across multi-entity and post-merger environments

Background that shapes how I work

I started as a CPA and audit manager at PwC, then spent a decade as a CFO and IT Director before moving into ERP consulting full time. I've sat on the finance side of these implementations, which is why I treat data conversion as a finance function rather than an IT line item — and why I'd rather tell you a date is unrealistic early than manage the fallout later.

Based in Camp Hill, PA. Working with mid-market and enterprise organizations nationally.

If you're heading into a NetSuite implementation, inherited one that's underperforming, or trying to make AI work on top of a system whose data you don't fully trust — I'm happy to talk it through.
