I moved to Springfield in 1993 with an opportunity and a willingness to work. That was the start of my entrepreneurial spirit that eventually morphed into E&M Management - a holding company that became the foundation for everything that followed.

Over three decades, I’ve learned that the mark of an entrepreneur isn’t whether things go wrong. The will. It’s what you do when they do. I have employees who have been with me for more than 30 years. In the telemarketing industry, that doesn’t happen by accident.

Today, my work spans digital marketing, B2B sales services, and commercial real estate - three distinctive businesses that all come back to the same fundamentals: good people, clear process, and doing what you said you’d do.

I’m also a YPO Ambassador and a lifelong hockey player who has taken the ice across the US, Canada, and Europe. The rink and the boardroom have more in common than people think.
