Rick Norman currently serves as director and vice chairman of Grape City, a company that began as a provider of English language education and has since expanded into software and technology. In 2009, he helped establish the educational firm Mongol Altai, LLC, and he has also been successful in implementing the GrapeSEED curriculum at government schools in Russia’s Buryat Republic. Previously, Rick Norman served as manager of food wholesale business GreenCity, LLC, overseeing a staff of 65 in China and Mongolia. In five years with the company, he successfully established two Chinese offices and increased sales volume immensely.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Norman supports a number of charitable causes. He has collaborated with the Ministry of Education in Mongolia to donate English educational resources to the nation's schools, as well as arranging the import of used clothing from Japan.

Educated at Tamagawa University and Nihon University in Japan, Mr. Norman enjoys fishing, camping, and playing ping-pong in his free time.
