I think the phrase "Jack of all trades, master of some..." could describe me well, except for the fact that I've pushed many of my interests to the limit. To be honest, I think the moniker "Renaissance Guy" describes me best. It's not a name that I came up with, but rather something I've been called on many occasions. At any rate, I accept the description, only because it defines me as one who knows a lot about a lot of different things. But, more personally, I like what the name means..."rebirth." On many occasions I have redone, rediscovered, renewed, and renovated my life in some way, form, or fashion. I have lots of interests, particularly in the fields of art, health and science, food, Christianity and religion, philosophy and self-help. To put it mildly, I love to share what I've learned with others. All these things work together to help others in the best capacity possible.
