Ever since my early days studying Community Psychology I have been interested in why people behave the way they do. In 1986 I formed The TEAM Approach as a company to help organizations enhance relationships - both internal and external. The recent developments in social neuroscience captured my attention a few years ago and I am very encouraged by its potential in the work we do.

I have embarked on a specific study of trust and hope to find some practical application of what I learn and plan to publish a book on the subject.
