Rick Sturdivant
Rick Sturdivant is an engineer and business start up whose expertise is in communication and radar. He has 26 years of industry experience.
He has started several companies including:
1) MPT, Inc.: Develops solutions for commercial and US Department of Defense systems for communication and radar using phased arrays. Rick is the founder and president.
2) Smart Antenna Systems, Inc.: SASI develops antenna solutions for the small cell market. Rick is the co-founder and CEO.
3) Co-founder of Centric Systems, Inc., iViu Technologies, Inc., MMICMAN, LLC., and Torrey Pines Technologies Group, Inc.
His technical expertise:
1) Modules and Integrated Circuits: GaN, SiGe, and GaAs.
2) Electronic packaging at microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies.
3) Phased Arrays
He is author of the books:

Mr. Sturdivant holds six U.S. patents and has five pending. He has published more than 25 technical and conference articles on microwave circuit design and module packaging. His education includes an M.S.E.E. (UCLA), M.A. (Biola University, expected Dec 2015), a B.S.E.E. (Cal State Long Beach), B.A. (Vanguard University).
