Rick Waalders

I’m a developer and designer from The Netherlands. I work at Omnext in Veenendaal. At Omnext we're working on technologies which reduce the cost of software development and maintenance. Besides the work I'm doing for Omnext, I also love the web, mobile platforms and the direction it's taken lately. I'm a gadget freak and some say I'm an Apple fanboy, but I like to believe my interests are more varied ;).

Besides working at Omnext I recently started a business with Sjoerd Perfors called Frozen Tulip. We create iPhone and iPad applications and in the near future for the Android platform too.

I love watching (all sorts of) movies, tv shows and I'm addicted to podcasts like Diggnation and The Totally Rad Show.
