Ricky Reed

My name is Ricky Reed, and I am a fashion designer from Columbus, Ohio. Because I am inspired by different cultures of people, a lot of my designs are inspired by trends or traditions in different countries, such as Ghana and South Korea. Recently, I have been doing a lot of African fashion, as I have been commissioned to make traditional African garments. While still being able to make and design traditional garments, my style also invokes an edgy and emotional feeling through men’s and women’s streetwear. My work is unique because I look passed limitations while still maintaining the balance of a strong foundation. I am the type of person who loves to accomplish goals and exceed the expectations of others, and I find gratification when I am able to create garments that make people walk confidently.
