Ricky Arriola

Ricky Arriola is both a CEO and a role model. He is passionate about people, especially his employees at Inktel. Ricky has been named a South Florida “Ultimate CEO” by the South Florida Business Journal, one of Poder Magazine’s “Most Influential People of 2010” and “2011 Role Model” by Miami Today.

Ricky serves on President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. As an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow, he proudly serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami.

He holds degrees from Harvard University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.), St. John’s University School of Law (J.D.) and Boston College (B.A.).
