Rico Ramos

I have been an entrepreneur since the age of 19 and have owned or held a principal position in over 15 companies. The latest was "Colorado Success Unlimited" until I sold a majority interest in it to one of my top sales executives. I've focused my career mainly in the personal development field with very successful stints in high end-high tech software sales, telecom, and sales training.

Now, I'm very focused on quantum activism which is sort of a new age way of saying that I'm involved in many aspects of activism ranging from environmental issues to human rights issues, and a lot in between. So, I think, quantum activist fits very well.

Currently, I live in Black Forest, Colorado, a rural area between Colorado Springs and Denver. It's a perfect example of Mother Earth's majestic beauty combined with urban living. I absolutely love it here and love Colorado deeply.

My passions in life continue to drive me and inspire me deeply every day. These range from the aforementioned activism in environmental issues and human rights, to teaching personal development, to practicing and teaching Stoicism and the Toltec way.

I have been very fortunate to travel all over the world and bring that experience into my life and my work. I also love stargazing, and think of myself as a chef "in training". I am an avid catch and release fly fisher, I backpack and hike as often as I can in the high country of Colorado, and I'm a super fan of baseball, football, video games, and F1 racing. I have studied and practiced judo, aikido, and boxing for many years and bring that discipline into my daily life as well.

I think that the "perfectly imperfect" nature of being a human being gives life vitality and meaning. It's those "flaws" that bring out the best of us ultimately. I believe we are all walking one another home so I learn from others as much as possible, and strive to be an example of love, gratitude, compassion, kindness, and humility, in my daily life.
