Ridwan Kadri is a seasoned talent manager with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, specializing in artist management, event planning, and digital marketing. Beginning in university (2012-2014), Ridwan organized the first-ever hall parties and SRC Week celebrations, bringing A-list artists to campus and establishing a private entertainment group for events, including the innovative UDS Awards.

From 2016 to 2018, Ridwan co-founded The Bryma Shows, a YouTube channel dedicated to documenting African entertainment, featuring notable artists like M.I and engaging formats such as Vox Pops and backstage interviews.

As the talent manager for DJ Putin (2017-2019), Ridwan orchestrated a successful career, handling bookings for major events like the BF Suma Concert, Ghana Meets Naija, Afrochella, and more. During this tenure, DJ Putin was nominated for Best Nightclub DJ at the Ghana DJ Awards, and his debut single "Ronaldo" featuring Kidi was rolled out across all major streaming platforms.

From 2018 to 2019, Ridwan managed model Tasia Cobinnah, enhancing her professional image and connecting her with international photographers.

In 2022, Ridwan Kadri joined Blacvolta, a forward-thinking media firm aimed at transforming African entertainment. Currently serving as the Lead Talents and Partnerships, he manages Chichi DJ, and has played a pivotal role in her rise as a leading female DJ in Accra, overseeing bookings, brand strategy, and professional development. Under his guidance, Chichi DJ has performed at prestigious events including Detty Rave 24, DJaspora 24, Tidal Rave 23/24, the Grammy Nomination Party USA 24, the DMV Party in the Park, UK 23, the BOK Festival, Uganda 23. She has received two awards from the Ghana DJ Awards for Nocturnal People’s Choice 2023/2024 and launched her own event, Essence, showcasing diverse DJ talents.

Ridwan co-founded the Blacvolta Sound System, providing a platform for DJs and MCs to perform at high-profile festivals including Outmosphere 23, BOK Festival in Uganda 23, Guiness Accravaganza 23 featuring talents like LeonardoDDJ, DJ Sam, DJ Piqo, DJ Mac Tonto, Endwd DJ and others.

Additionally, Ridwan curates music flows for events, ensuring a seamless experience by strategically arranging DJs and MCs based on their unique styles and musical sets. This initiative not only supports individual artists but also strengthens the overall community within the entertainment industry.
