Ridtz Rahmat

Ridtz Rahmat is the founder and Director of Social Solutionz. Since founding the company in 2014, he has helped many aspiring individual prepare themselves for most of the airline cabin crew interview.

With aviation experience of more than 10 years, Ridtz found a natural fit to teach, guide and help those who are keen to take that step into aviation. He has successfully trained candidates from Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

He has certificates by IATA in Airline Cabin Crew Training, Airline Customer Service and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
