Ridwan Ademola

Ridwan Ademola is a results-driven IT professional with strong expertise in infrastructure management, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity awareness, and enterprise systems support. He currently serves as the Assistant IT Managerat G Elias, one of Nigeria’s leading tier-one law firms, where he plays a key role in ensuring technology reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with global IT standards.

He holds an HND in Computer Science (Upper Credit) from Crown Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, and a robust portfolio of industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer (Generative AI), ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management, ITIL Foundation, and Google Technical Support Fundamentals. He is also pursuing the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Data Analytics to strengthen his technical depth.

Ridwan is a registered Member of the Cyber Security Experts Association of Nigeria (CSEAN), a recognition that reinforces his commitment to cybersecurity best practices, digital safety advocacy, and continuous learning within Nigeria’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

With over eight years of hands-on experience supporting complex enterprise environments, Ridwan’s strengths include network operations, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure cloud services, system documentation, IT governance, incident response, and user engagement. His work consistently improves system uptime, enhances productivity, and strengthens organizational security posture.

Beyond technical competence, Ridwan is a YALI RLC–trained leader, a mentor, and a youth development advocate. He is passionate about digital empowerment and currently leads Readwon Digital Technologies, where he supports young people in building career-ready tech skills.
