Mission Statement

As a Columbia College student, I vow to focus on the issues of the building of the economy and unemployment. I chose these two topics because as adults we all have responsibilities and without good jobs or an economy to produce them, we can do nothing but watch the government fall through.

Hello, readers! I am Paige A. Riggins, and I am 18 years old. I am a first year at Columbia College in Columbia, S.C. I have always wanted to get information out to others. There was never a time when I didn't love to write or communicate with other people. I like to make people laugh and still make a serious point! Isn't it wonderful?! I am hardworking, trustworthy, loyal and honest. I love to get my hands dirty with politics and immerse myself in the political world to bring the news to the most important person, you! I am a Democratic college student who would like to have a great job to go to and a great economy to support we the people! What do you think?
