Professional Bio

Righad Abu El-Ezz is a Business Management graduate from the Lebanese American University (LAU), with a strong interest in Human Resources, organizational development, and business operations. He is currently pursuing an MSc in International Human Resource Management at the University of Liverpool, further developing his knowledge of talent management, employee relations, organizational behavior, and strategic HR practices.

During his university journey, Righad gained practical experience through volunteer and coordination roles, including his work with MMKN, where he coordinated educational sessions, communicated with tutors and students, monitored attendance, and supported the smooth delivery of online learning activities. These experiences strengthened his communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Righad is particularly interested in building a career in Human Resources and business management, with the long-term goal of progressing into leadership and strategic management positions. He is motivated by continuous learning, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to organizations through effective people management and business practices.
