Through the website you can make Lasting Power of Attorney documents (LPAs) that set out how you would like decisions about your finances, health and care once you’re no longer able to make decisions about these things yourself (whether you become more forgetful in your old age, or whether you lose mental capacity as a result of an accident). You can also make your Last Will and Testament, which of course tells your loved ones not only who inherits your property, possessions and investments, but also which can set out who should care for any young children you have. The online questionnaires are easy to answer (written in plain language with easy to make choices) and are accompanied with plenty of helpful notes and videos.

Advanced wishes are possible as well. RightClickLegal is the only online Will writing provider that allows you to create trusts, including property protection trusts.

There are other significant differences with other web-based services. First, every document is checked by an experienced Will writer before it is printed and posted to you for signing. There is no need to print out your documents yourself. When you return it, it is checked again to make sure that it has been signed correctly and is legally binding. The original paper copy is then stored securely, while a digital copy is stored online in your account for access whenever you want to review it.
