Through my prose I hope you will come to know me, as I wish to share that inner persona that relishes human emotion. I am a first generation Mexican-American, 43 years of age and an aspiring writer. My current focus is on the highs and lows of that love between a man and a woman and our relationships with our peers; how its vast complexities ruin some of us and make others stronger yet. I am a fallible husband and father of three wonderful children, and though challenges in parenthood arise the bond waxes ever on. I welcome you to walk alongside me. I have a work of poetry, "Stages", and welcome you to immerse yourself within. Also available is another work, "Keeping Life Simpl(y)e (Complicated)", consisting of inspirational quotes and prose with narrative. Both are available for purchasing on Amazon for the Kindle. You may preview both titles for free as well. A sample of my writing: Where art thou, Dead heroes and dead villains? Thou art at my feet! Here and there, Cast upon the tainted ground. Thy countless bodies Laid end to end Unto the red horizon. I see you, and I recount The good morals of American Civility.
