Experience:
I have built my career in a variety of Technical Support roles and most of my experience is from Finnish mobile solutions service provider company where I was responsible of providing technical support to the enterprise customers .
The role required troubleshooting, solving complex issues and cooperation skills with the international technology providers.
I have hands-on work experience installations of Windows workstations and peripheral devices. I have also experience of Windows server 2003/2008, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010 email server and SQL database maintenance tasks.
Now I'm looking for new challenges in IT.

- Very good at solving problems in challenging environments, creating and updating knowledge base articles, performing administrative and corrective actions
- Building solid relationship with customers to understand and meet their expectations.
- Working close with technology providers in order to follow up the most critical bugs, new releases, tickets and change request reported by the customers
